To Our Customers, Vendors, Partners and the Greater Energy Solutions Group Community,

Energy Solutions Group is committed to the following:

We are dedicated to delivering solutions that drive inclusion,

We are dedicated to raising awareness of the inequities and racial injustice faced by minorities and peoples of color across the nation.

We are committed to intentionally hiring and contracting within the minority, female and disabled veteran communities and businesses.

But platitudes alone will not get us there. So, specifically, Energy Solutions Group will do our part including:

Business: ESG will contract with or employ Minorities, Females, Peoples of Color or Disabled Veterans in at least 40% of business engagements.

Programs: ESG will develop programs that drive inclusion and financial benefit to minority, female and veteran-owned businesses and communities of color.

ESG offers the truPPA® Solar Program to allow Corporate energy purchasers to dedicate as much as 10% of their solar power to be used by Minority businesses at a 50% discount to the local cost of power.

As part of ESG’s larger initiative to revolutionize energy project development through a turnkey energy solution franchise model, ESG will award 60% of the first 100 franchises to minority owners, females, disabled veterans and entrepreneurs of color. This will include working with the greater philanthropic community to create a grant program to cover the majority of costs incurred by these franchise owners to acquire and launch their energy franchise business.

Fortunately, we know this plan is not perfect, it is just the start. These specific goals are just the first in a commitment by Energy Solutions Group to support minorities, females, disabled veterans and peoples of color. So we are asking all of our partners, vendors, customers, advisors, investors, and friends to

please reach out with every possible suggestion for how Energy Solutions Group can do better...can be better.

And lastly, we ask all of our stakeholders to keep us honest in these pursuits; keep us focused on these achievements because there is far too much at stake for anything less.
